Shahi Soya Chaap Suggested recipe: 250 gm Soya Chaap Marinate Preparation: • In a bowl mix 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp mustard oil or butter, 2 tbsp ‘Saadhilloonkie’ Tandoori Marinate masala and salt to taste. Massage the Soya Chaap with the prepared curd mix and marinate for at least 1 hour. • After 1 hour, either roast the marinated Soya Chaap in the oven or grill in the pan. Gravy Preparation: • Heat 3-4 tbsp of oil or butter in a pan and add grinded paste of 2 medium onions, 15 gm ginger, 2-3 green chilies and 5-6 tomatoes. Stir cook till the oil starts to separate. • Once the oil separates, add 1 packet of ‘Saadhiloonkie’ Shahi Soya Cha
