All orders are processed withing 2-3 business working days between Monday through Friday. Please note that the orders are not delivered on weekends and public holidays.

On days, when we are experiencing high volumes of orders, the delivery of your order may take additional days and depends on the transit wait time. In this situation, we will inform you via email or Telephone about the expected delivery time.

Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of geographic distance at the time of final checkout. It is important here to understand that delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

The shipment confirmation message will be sent to you once the shipment leaves our facility with the tracking number(s).

Saadhi Loonkie does not hold any responsibility for any customs or taxes imposed on the order during transit of shipment. All the fees levied on the order during or after shipment (including tariff & taxes) are liable to the customer.

Saadhi Loonkie is not liable for any loss of item or product damage during shipping. In an event where you receive a damaged order, kindly contact that shipment courier company to file a claim.

Please keep all the original packaging box and damaged product safe before raising a claim.
